Back to the boat

With much reluctance I left the therapist girlfriend’s house this morning and headed north to the ferry that is my usual ride to the airport. I’ve been out and about with Kerri most of the time I’ve been home, so in order to catch up me and the roommate had breakfast this morning. We talked a little work, a little loved ones, and the general BS. It was a great time home and I got to do a lot and see some people. I had dinner last night with one of my cousins and her Fiancé, who is also in the business, and that coupled with breakfast this morning was a nice send off.
The ferry ride in was good this morning and I snapped a few pictures as usual, this is one of favorites. A freshly painted Voyager III, one of my roommate’s boats.

All in all I really don’t want to go back to work, though bills have to be paid and it’s time for me to get serious about saving for a house. I’ve been looking on and off in the sandwich area, and I even drove past a few places while I was home. I’m going to shoot for next winter/this fall as far as a time to buy, and hopefully I can make it happen. The studying for my license still rolls along, and I am thinking it will be a mid June test date. Life is busy and it is only getting busier.
