Fair Winds, Following Seas Evan

Last night I found out that Evan Miller, a friend from Maine Maritime has passed away. He was one the funniest guys I have ever met, and was one of my orientation leaders when I first started at school. We shared some great times together including a freezing weekend about the Bowdoin for the Aux Sail class. His ability to ease tension in a situation was unmatched, and he always had a smile and a joke for everyone he met. I would have sailed with or under him any day. The MMA family lost one of its best.

Fair winds and following seas Evan, we’ll see you up on fiddlers green.

Getting ready for a helicopter rescue demo, as Evan said "that pfd looks a couple sizes too small"
