Well as mentioned in my previous photo of the week post, Therapist Fianc is now Therapist Wife! To those who left congratulations on the previous post thank you so much! We had a wonderful day and wanted to take the time to share some of the high points. Not only did we get so much help from family and friends, who I dont think Ill ever to be able to thank enough, but we also had a whole host of amazing vendors and professionals who truly delivered! So in no particular order we wanted to say thank you to a few people and companies!
Here are some of the details and decorations that my Therapist Wife is so amazing at arranging and creating!
First of all we wanted to thank our fantastic Photographer Catie McDade. Its her photos that will be featured throughout this post, and we couldnt have been happier with her work. Shes not only a talented photographer, she is also easy to work with, and as laid back as us. Though she now lives in Florida she is still available for weddings on the Cape! Please check out her website here, as well as her photos below and throughout this post.
Therapist Wife has an absolute eye for details and it really shined through at our wedding, from the decorations to everyone in the wedding parties accessories. In another life I know she was either an interior decorator or a wedding and event planner! That being said she will tell you we had a lot of fantastic vendors and shell be the first one to give them credit!
Caroline at CCADesign
(Bow Ties & Pocket Squares)
It was Carolines idea for Ben to have a different color bow tie and pocket square. She was Kerris favorite vendor to work with! Caroline is so nice, accommodating and her work is amazing! She was so kind and caring, she was the easiest vendor to work with. Therapist Wife kept in touch and shared photos, both Caroline and her husband were very sweet

Reid Harris at Chucklehounds did an amazing job on Kobes bow tie, leash and collar, which matched the groomsmens Reid was super easy to work with! They wanted an update after the wedding and photos of Kobe. Reid also has an older black lab! Reid is from Portland Maine

Karen at KarensRopeWork did our wonderful boutonnires. Karen does some amazing work! Her Boutonnieres were such an amazing touch to the guys suits! It was definitely unique and fit the theme of our wedding perfectly (especially since our ceremony was an old Sailors rope tying them)
Karen is from Ontario Canada

White Lion Bakery
Mashpee, MA
Liz Miles
(Wedding Cake & Desserts)
White Lion is Kerri and Bens favorite bakery! Kerri has Celiac which can make things interesting when it comes to dessert. Lizs business is growing rapidly because her products are so amazing! No one at the wedding could believe the dessert was gluten free! White Lion is exclusively gluten free. Liz was accommodating and creative. On the special day, she hand delivered everything from the Cape to Plymouth! Liz even had hugs for the bride and groom, both Kerri and Ben feel so fortunate to have worked with and gotten to know Liz. Check out Lizs blog on gluten free/ Paleo Living and cooking:

Kingston Florist- Dan
Kingston, MA
Dan was amazing to work with. Neither of us are big flower people. But Dan gave us an floral education to find the perfect bouquets. His bouquets were so beautiful! He even did some great rope work, so he could incorporate rope into the bouquets.
Verona Salon- Plymouth
After a last minute cancellation by a hairdresser, Therapist Wife and the girls were left high and dry. That is until Verona Salon saved the day! They were wonderful to work with and had the lowest prices around! All the ladies were very happy with how their hair came out! Thank you Verona Salon!

Laurie McCann- Esthetician
Is a dear friend of the family. Laurie did Kerris make up and helped her feel like a grown up. As it is a constant struggle for Kerri to not look like a kid, Laurie gave Kerri a mature, yet classic look. As a guest at the wedding, Laurie was even on hand in case a touch up was needed. Laurie came to Kerri at the hotel and will work offsite. However you can also find her at Rejuvenations Salon & Spa

For the Grooms belt we went to a local store in Hyannis called Cellar Leather. They have a wide variety of custom belts and belt buckles. They custom sized me a black leather belt with a red bronze buckle of the two black dog schooners. If you cant tell we like all things black dog related!
The other star of our production was the fantastic Justice of the Peace Capt. Richard Cunio. Capt. Cunio and his Wife are both Justices of the Peace and have a wonderful ceremony that they will tailor to your wedding. They are also just plain nice people!

Lastly but certainly not least we cant thank our family and friends enough for the love and support they showed us. There was the fantastic rehearsal dinner my parents threw us at East Bay Grille. The extra helping hands with absolutely everything from the Murphy and Vetrano clans, especially the suit shopping advice from Uncle Jack! The day after the wedding my Parents and Grandparents also threw a brunch at my Parents house that really was delicious and just the thing for the day after! When it came to helping with the dog handling and crafting the million decorations my new mother in law Kathy was a true hero. Speaking of dog handling, not that our famous Kobe needs much, our go to dog sitter Alex was amazing by watching him for the weekend and bringing him to and from the wedding. My sister Katie also gave up a lot of her little free time to help with favors and decorations. We also couldnt have done anything with out the help and support of our friends and family members in the bridal party, it goes with out being said what a huge part of making this all happen you all were!
