Well as I write this I am sitting in the lounge of the Harvey Clipper while they load out and take on fuel. For me it is a half day pay for standing by doing nothing, for the guys on the boat offshore though, well it is another thing entirely. The worst part of the job really is a crew change that gets messed up, also known as a screw change. I bet you the reader can figure that one out!
I had a great time at home though, and I already miss the therapist fiancé more than a little bit. We had a lot of fun together and got some big things done. The big item on our list was setting a date and venue for the wedding! We have our date for the summer of 2015 set and the venue reserved. No surprise to those of you that know me, it will be the Plymouth Yacht Club. It is smaller, right on the water and just a great spot. Our first date was in Plymouth, and I have actually always liked the idea of getting married there. Needless to say we are super excited and also just about got our guest list finished.
I have also spent some time the last two days doing a lot of updates to the photo sales website. Adding media, and some re-organizing of the galleries. It looks great and if you are remotely interested in a print you should check it out. 8×10 prints are around 12 bucks plus shipping! http://www.newenglandwatermanphoto.smugmug.com
